Unopened Physical Kits & Parts: Unused, unopened physical hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email help@latenightcombat.com with your order number.
Digital File Sets: Because digital CAD and slicer packages (such as the Tropical Trouble Kit File Set) provide immediate access to downloadable STEP/STL/3MF files on Google Drive, all digital file sales are final.
Missing or Damaged Kit Components: If any component in your shipment arrives damaged or missing, contact us at help@latenightcombat.com and we will ship a replacement right away.
